My goal as the Marketer of SERVPRO West Riverside City is to develop contacts with anyone who makes the decision regarding who to call when an emergency occurs.  If there is a water leak, who makes the call, if there is a fire in a building, office, home, or business... who makes the call to have the damage inspected?  

It might be a plumber or HVAC.  It could be a property manager, maintenance person, manager or owner.  Majority of the time it’s an adjuster or insurance agent. 

My goal as the Marketer at SERVPRO of West Riverside city is to introduce myself, and let these businesses know how SERVPRO can help them in the event of an emergency with water, Fire, smoke, or mold damage.  What I try to get across is the importance of being prepared.  This includes who to call when there’s an emergency.
