Our experience with SERVPRO of West Riverside City was amazing. We had to call them right in the middle of Quarantine 2020 because our roof started to leak after a week-long rainstorm. I was very concerned about the health and safety of my family but Letty assured me of the many measures their service team was taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19.  My husband and I were very impressed with the setup and the cleanliness. They helped us with the insurance company and walked us through what to expect. And they even recommended a great contractor to do the repair work once everything was dry. I am very happy with the entire process and I would recommend Letty and Christopher any time!

SERVPRO showed up the day after we called our insurance Co about our sinking kitchen ceiling. They came out, assessed the situation, got the info to the Insurance Co and was back the next day to start the demo. The only issue we had, which is not their fault, was the noise from dehumidifiers, blowers and fans, to dry the place up. He did a fantastic job for us and cleaned up each time he was here (3) Thank you for a thorough, professional job.

A couple of months ago, my husband and I noticed there was moisture coming out of the tiles in our hallway. Then one night, he put his head to the ground and could actually hear water streaming underneath our floors. We had a leak! Thankfully, we have home insurance so we filed a claim and then got in contact with SERVPRO right away. We worked with Christopher and he was extremely helpful from the get-go. He came out to assess our leak and was able to explain everything to us very clearly. He helped us understand what we were dealing with, how we needed to proceed, and assured us that he and his team would be there to assist us every step of the way until the remediation was complete.

We were about to leave for a two-week trip so we were in a crunch to get the leak fixed so that it wouldn't cause further damage while we were away. After the last rain storm SERVPRO came out and helped us when our walls and carpet were wet. They were clean and neat while they worked, and left our house dry and clean.
