Ceiling collapsed from leak

This home in Riverside, CA was affected by a water damage from an AC unit in the attic. One night it started dripping form the ceiling and a bubble appeared with water. The plaster ceiling was heavily saturated with water, and got so heavy it could no longer hold up and it collapsed on the master bedroom floor and furniture. Luckily nobody was in the room when the accident happened. 

SERVPRO responded quickly and assessed the water damage right away. The customer was moved out of the bedroom and the floor was cleaned properly and drywall from ceiling was removed. After the cleanup we started the drying process, and set our drying equipment to dry out the structure. 

We made it like it "never even happened".
