Water Damage turns in to Mold Damage

This customer experienced a water damage on their floor from a broken pipe. Once they removed the carpet and pad, they discovered mold growth throughout the entire area.  SERVPRO was called on site to asses the damage and find the source.  After assessing the extensive damage it was determined that all flooring and pad was affected by water and mold and had to be removed.  All of the homeowners belongings were removed and then the cleaning and drying was performed. Our customer was happy that our team was thorough enough to find all of the damage and ensure his home was remediated properly.
